Integration Troubleshooting

After importing data from Sage JobCosting or Sage Payroll it may look as if your data has not been added to the audit trail in the Financials window.

Due to new functionality in the Financials window in Sage Line 50, if you have set up any filters, any new postings will not be updated.

To view the imported data, reapply the search by selecting the Search button, then selecting the Apply button, or by selecting the filter magnifying glass icon twice to switch the filter off and then on again.
